Shipping and Returns

We want to get you your THE COLDEST WATER® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your COLDEST GEAR to good use sooner.

THE COLDEST WATER offers free USPS shipping on orders $60 and up before tax. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional day for processing. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by USPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. USPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

THE COLDEST WATER and USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

• Independence Day: July 4
• Labor Day: September 2
• Thanksgiving : November 28
• Christmas: December 24-25
• New Year’s Eve: December 30-31

THE COLDEST WATER uses USPS service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

THE COLDEST WATER ships internationally to select countries though our partnership with USPS. Free Shipping does not apply to International orders. Promo codes for free shipping can not be applied.

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your THE COLDEST WATER products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 120 days. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

You can return your item(s) purchased from THE COLDEST WATER.com up to 60 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. THE COLDEST WATER does not offer store credit or gift cards. THE COLDEST WATER does not accept returns on items purchased outside of THE COLDEST WATER.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of THE COLDEST WATER.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 60 days but within 90 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another THE COLDEST WATER item of equal or lesser value. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

Please contact the THE COLDEST WATER customer service team at support@coldest.com to approve your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from THE COLDEST WATER via phone or website.
